Since April 1997 the Göttingen State and University Library cooperates with the KALLIOPE database of the Staatsbibliothek zu Berlin - Preußischer Kulturbesitz.

From October 1997 to March 2017, all scholarly papers and current new accessions were recorded in the HANS database. All entries from the HANS database have been transferred to KALLIOPE.

The Manuscripta Mediaevalia database offers access to the results of manuscript cataloguing in the German-speaking area.

The Zentrale Datenbank Nachlässe at the Federal Archives offers information on scholarly papers at German archives.
