The SUB Göttingen participates in a framework agreement with the publisher De Gruyter, in which books are made available in Open Access.

The contract covers the following thematic modules

• German Linguistics
• German literary studies
• History

Nine books per module are published in Open Access. From a pool of pre-defined series and relevant individual titles, the participants in the framework agreement make a selection of the titles to be released.
